To begin downloading the software either (a) left-click on the Download button, or (b) right-click on the button and select "Save Target As" from the drop down menu which appears. Depending on your browser and browser settings you may need to use the second of these two procedures to start the download.
A dialog box appears next which prompts you to either Run or Save the file. You should select the Save button and select a directory on your hard drive to save the download file to.
After the download is complete right-click on the Start button on your desktop and select "Explore" from the pop-up menu which appears to launch Windows Explorer. Navigate to the directory where you saved the file.
If you are running Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2) installed and your security settings are set to high you may need to unblock the downloaded file before proceeding with installation. To do this, right click on the file in Windows Explorer and select Properties from the drop down menu. On the General properties tab, select Unblock and then click the Apply button, then the OK button.
This software and the MSI installer program are bundled in a self-extracting executable file. To begin installation simply double-click on the downloaded file in Windows Explorer. Note that if you are running Windows 2000, XP or Vista you must be logged in as a user with sufficient rights to install software programs, I.E. an administrator, power user or equivalent
Our practice test software is compatible with Microsoft Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP and Vista versions. A mouse pointing device and minimum screen resolution of 600x800 pixels (SVGA) are also required.
