Our practice test software is compatible with Microsoft Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP and Vista versions. A mouse pointing device and minimum screen resolution of 600x800 pixels (SVGA) are also required. For information about downloading and installing the software please refer to our Download page.
If you have already downloaded and installed one of our free demo version software packages there is no need to download any additional files. All of the practice test questions are contained in the demo version software and can be unlocked using an Activation Key.
Once your payment has been completed you will receive an email message from us which contains your user name and Activation Key for unlocking the practice tests which you have purchased. If you have not yet downloaded and installed the software the latest versions are available from our Download page.
 We use PayPal as our payment processor, a trusted name in online transactions providing secure online ordering.
Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards are accepted for payment. If you have a verified PayPal account you can also make payment by eCheck.
It is not required that you have or create a PayPal account to place an order with us. If you do not have an account established with PayPal simply click the button beside "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" on the first payment screen.
Unless you are trying to complete your certification exams under the older 2003 A+ objectives prior to 30 June 1997 then you should order our new A+ Essentials practice test package.
With a few limited exceptions the A+ exams based on the 2003 objectives will be retired after 30 June 1997. This includes the 220-301 Core Hardware exam and 220-302 OS Technologies exam. Click here to view the CompTIA A+ Exam 2006 Update - Overlap Calendar.
